Provide singular support for an office of 100–200 personnel.   Manage and administrate all technology support services, load, run and maintain all laptop and desktop equipment and peripherals.  Administer the office LAN to include Avaya phone PBX MAS administration.  Oversee inventory controls and end of life asset disposal processes governed by Federal, State and local environmental and green disposal guidelines.  Setup and maintain all hoteling and conference room wired and wireless connectivity.  Advise clients and support operations personnel on equipment needs and procurement.  Cooperate and work in tandem with alternate site based technology analysts to assist with project implementations and to provide overlapping remote support coverage to other offices.
